Miso Ramen
This isn’t your uncle’s freeze-dried crinkly package of instant noodles. When our young chefs started requesting Ramen we went on a search for all the different broths and taste tested the best accompaniments to develop a recipe just right for our students. Like most ‘soups’ this recipe can be very versatile according to your tastes. Add a boiled egg, silken or crispy tofu or any protein you have on hand. Or fill it up with the best veggies out there! Let your dinner companions build their own bowl and adjust their spices.
